Privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy covers the personal data we are responsible for ourselves: when you visit infraharbour.com, get in touch with us, are a contact person at a customer or sign in to the panel.
Who is responsible
The controller is Anno One Corporation Ltd (registration number HE442910), Kalymnou 1, Q Merito, Agios Nikolaos, 6037 Larnaca, Cyprus. Send questions about personal data to contact@infraharbour.com.
What customers put into the panel
What a customer puts into or fetches into the panel — such as domains, DNS records, invoices, screenshots, alerts and the customer’s own users — we process on the customer’s behalf. There the customer is the controller and we are the processor, and the customer decides what goes in and why. This is governed by our data processing agreement. If you have questions about such data, turn to the customer first.
When you visit the website
The website sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing your IP address. Like all traffic, the visit passes through Cloudflare’s network, which handles technical data such as IP address and browser to deliver the page and stop attacks.
When you get in touch or are a contact person
If you write to us, or are a contact person or invoice recipient at a customer, we keep your name, email address, company and what we write to each other. This rests on our legitimate interest in replying and managing the customer relationship, and for invoicing on the agreement and accounting law.
When you sign in to the panel
To protect the service we handle sign-in data (the password only as a salted hash, passkeys as public keys, and two-factor) and security logs with time and IP address. This rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and being able to investigate misuse.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and contact: until no longer needed, at the latest two years after the last contact.
- Customer relationship and invoicing: for as long as the agreement lasts, and accounting records for as long as the law requires.
- Security logs: 30–90 days.
Who helps us
We never sell personal data. We use Cloudflare (hosting, database in Western Europe, email and statistics), Resend (alert emails) and GitHub (scheduled jobs). They are US companies, and transfers to the US are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to know which data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its handling and to receive it in a machine-readable format, to the extent the law gives you that right. Write to contact@infraharbour.com.
If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Cypriot data protection authority (Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection) or to the authority where you live.
Changes
If the policy changes we update the date at the top.
